About Our Founder, David A. Esposito

David is a combat veteran, husband, father, business executive and the creator of the award-winning resources of Harvest Time Partners. He dedicates his time to developing programs and resources that help people be the best for those they care about the most at home, work, and in the community.

David started his career as a sales representative and quickly rose through the ranks of corporate America, becoming the Chief Executive Officer for several healthcare companies that have made a significant impact on improving the lives of patients suffering from various diseases.

A West Point Graduate, David first learned about the importance of character at West Point and through assignments in the US Army Infantry. He led a rifle platoon of 39 men as an infantry officer with the 101st Airborne Division during the Gulf War. He earned a bronze star for combat operations in February 1991.

David balances his work schedule with an active home-life with his wife Tracy and their four adult children. He enjoys spending time with his family, the great outdoors, and doing charitable work. David holds an MBA from Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He has appeared on CBS, NPR, and PBS and has been featured on many other news outlets.
